Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that the health and wellbeing of our employees, florists, you our valued customers and your loved ones is always our number one priority.

We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will amend our procedures if guidance changes.

Are we open during Coronavirus?

In line with government guidance, we re-opened our doors on Monday 8th of June. For your peace of mind, all gifts will continue to be delivered contact-free for the health and safety of our florists and your special people.

As per government advice, all of our staff including delivery drivers are using hand sanitiser regularly.

All surfaces are cleaned regularly with 70% alcohol wipes including phones, till and card machines.

We also provide sanitiser for customers

What flowers are we delivering?

We may be impacted by flower shortages, if there is a case were we cannot provide your exact product, we are using creative license to design special hand-tied on your behalf. It’s what we call our Florist’s Choice and it’s just like walking into a real florist shop!

Every Florist’s Choice Hand-tied is designed and created using only the freshest stems and will be as close to the original product as possible. Because every design is unique and seasonal, we can’t guarantee exactly which flowers we will choose. What we absolutely can guarantee though is a high quality product as close as possible to your original choice.

How will my flowers be delivered?

For everyone’s peace of mind, we are following social distancing guidleines for our deliveries. Our florist will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance whilst they delight in their gift. There will be no hand-to-hand contact.

If your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox.

Can flowers carry Coronavirus?

According to information published on The World Health Organisation’s website: “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.”

Stay safe & healthy!
